Bluestone is partnered with a well-established and highly regarded residential construction brand currently seeking an experienced Tender Estimator to join their growing team.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in delivering landmark townhouse and medium-density residential projects across Victoria, working closely with senior leadership, suppliers, and project delivery teams.

You will take ownership of the full tender process, from initial pricing through to project handover, on high-quality developments with a strong pipeline of upcoming work.

The Opportunity

• Lead the preparation, coordination, and submission of competitive tenders and project estimates
• Review drawings, specifications, scopes, procurement requirements, and subcontractor packages
