Senior Total Rewards Analyst - Remote

We are looking for a Senior Total Rewards Analyst (Compensation & Benefits) to join our People team and play a key role in shaping and evolving our global compensation and benefits practices!

This position will act as the focal point for Compensation and Benefits, supporting the development, implementation and continuous improvement of our Total Rewards strategy. The role is responsible for ensuring internal equity, external competitiveness and alignment with business growth, contributing directly to talent attraction, retention and engagement.

As a global cybersecurity company in a scale-up growth stage , this professional will also help structure and strengthen compensation practices that support our international expansion.
