Senior Training Architect & Analyst

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a qualified Instructor Senior Analyst to build and deliver training content for diverse teams. This role requires 2 to 5 years of experience in Learning Operations and strong communication skills.

The successful candidate will analyze performance gaps, deliver programs, and facilitate blended learning environments, including in-person and virtual sessions. A bachelor's degree is required, and experience in F&A, HR, or Health domains is preferred.

This position is based in Mandaluyong, with weekend off and rotation shifts.
