Job Description
Accountabilities
- Own the training strategy and the training plan.
- Develop and maintain curriculum ensuring SOP and regulatory alignment.
- Manage instructors, vendor partners and all other training resources to facilitate and deliver the plan.
- Ensure operational and training compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, company policies and IATA ISAGO standards.
- Monitor KPIs and customer feedback to identify trends for continuous improvement.
- Support rollout of new equipment, systems, initiatives and procedures.
- Proven ability to manage upward and influence senior leadership through clear communication, data-driven recommendations and effective stakeholder engagement across operational and corporate functions.
