Key Responsibilities
Manage investor transactions including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and switches
Maintain and update shareholder registers and investor records
Ensure accuracy of capital calls, distributions, and related calculations
Act as the main point of contact for investors, ensuring high-quality service
Handle complex investor queries and resolve issues in a timely manner
Ensure compliance with Luxembourg regulatory requirements and internal procedures
Liaise with internal teams, custodians, auditors, and other stakeholders
Support structures related to real estate and private equity funds, including SPVs
Profile
Proven experience (5+ years) as a Transfer Agent in Luxembourg (funds, ManCo, AIFM, or similar)
Strong knowledge of transfer agency processes and investor servicing
