Senior Urban Designer

Overview

Line managers more junior staff, independently leads smaller projects with support from a director. Possesses in‑depth knowledge and expertise in at least one area of planning and can deliver smaller bids independently (including financials), significantly contributing to the larger ones. Leads on the day‑to‑day management of projects (up to 10mn AED fee) and is capable of independent preparation and delivery of complex solutions based on pragmatic and coordinated methodologies in line with best practice. Acts as the discipline representative at external workshops and forums.
