MandM is evolving how we deliver digital experiences, combining user-centric design with product-led ways of working. As we restructure our team and build empowered, cross-functional squads, we are looking for a Senior UX Designer who will serve as the crucial middle ground in our design team and champion UX across the business.
You'll set the standard for user experience, taking features and journeys from concept to launch while balancing technical feasibility and commercial viability. You will be an essential part of a collaborative team, helping to define success measures and mentor junior talent, while working alongside Product Owners and Tech Leads to deliver a measurable impact on key OKRs.
