Senior UX Designer

About the Role

As a Senior UX Designer , you will create better digital experiences for clients and employees through user research and usability testing, analysis & interpretation of data, creation of wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. You’ll play a key role in shaping customer-facing digital experiences, working end-to-end across discovery, design, testing, and iteration.

How you’ll contribute

• Lead the design of intuitive, elegant, and effective digital products and services across web and mobile platforms.
• Translate business goals and user needs into clear design concepts, flows, and interfaces.
• Challenge business requirements to derive simple, clean, effective solutions for the user.
• Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research (e.g., interviews, usability testing, surveys, analytics reviews) to uncover insights and validate solutions.
