Senior Verse Developer (Bogotá)

About this Role

We're building out Empresa confidencial's first Colombian team and this is one of the founding positions. You'll start fully remote within Colombia, working closely with our general team. We're actively searching for office space now, with Medellín as our first choice and Bogotá as a strong alternative — we expect to have a physical office established within a few months. The final location will be influenced by where we find the best talent, so we welcome applicants from either city or surrounding areas who are open to working onsite once we're set up. If you're based in one city but open to relocating to the other, we'd love to know that too.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English for collaboration, documentation, and code reviews
