 Share The Senior Vice President, Operations is responsible for the overall leadership and operation of a specific region of hospitals within the Oceans Acquisitions, Inc portfolio. The SVP, Operations directs the ongoing mission and philosophy of care of the region by demonstrating leadership through exploring, developing, accepting and implementing new ideas with vision, foresight, and customer sensitivity to meet the regions’ needs. The SVP, Operations is responsible for the region’s financial performance, strategic planning, performance improvement and development. All duties to be done in accordance with Joint Commission, Federal and State regulations, Oceans Behavioral Mission, policies and procedures and Performance Improvement Standards.
