Senior VP, Talent & Client Growth

Phaidon International (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Vice President – Manager to lead and develop a successful recruitment team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, growing business from existing clients, and effectively overseeing the recruitment cycle from vacancy to placement.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in the recruitment industry, with a proven record of meeting targets and managing teams under pressure.
