About the role: Join our Operational Team and help keep our vehicles safe, compliant, and ready to deliver the brilliant service AO is known for. You'll be hands-on every day securing loads, supporting maintenance, completing checks, and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You'll work closely with our engineers, self-employed crews, and contractors to keep our fleet moving. If something needs fixing, organising, or sharing, you'll be the go-to person who gets it sorted. Your work keeps our drivers safe, our customers happy, and our standards sky-high.
