Job Description
Warehouse Operations
- Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Maintain accurate inventory through stock counts, audits, and reconciliations.
- Manage inbound and outbound shipments and ensure proper stock control.
- Improve warehouse processes and apply best practices.
- Coordinate with suppliers, transport providers, and internal teams for timely deliveries.
- Prepare and maintain warehouse documents such as Delivery Orders, Packing Lists, and shipping records.
- Ensure compliance with safety rules, company policies, and audit requirements.
- Provide administrative support for warehouse and inventory activities.
- Update inventory records and stock listings regularly.
- Support urgent or emergency deliveries when required.
- Process Goods Receipts (GR) and Sales Deliveries in SAP.
