Functional (job responsibilities)

• Develop and implement client acquisition strategies and build a strong client portfolio
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners, referral sources, and industry networks to generate leads
• Work with Regional Priority Banking Heads and Priority Banking Area Managers to identify business opportunities
• Meet the targets set
• Acquire 2 HWN clients per month (minimum AUM of RM300k)
• Refer RM1-2mil volume in Wealth Products per month
• Deposit RM2-3mil per month

Managerial (team/group responsibilities)

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as BCB, SME, PFS, Sales Distribution to drive client growth and revenue.
