Job Responsibilities

• Drive the end‑to‑end development lifecycle of the Service Monitoring Alerting and Reporting Tool (SMART) from requirements gathering through deployment and maintenance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and end‑users to gather, analyse and finalise functional specifications, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
