Senior Wellsite Drilling Lead

ELSA is seeking a Drilling Supervisor in Bintulu, Malaysia to oversee daily operations at the well site, ensuring work is performed safely and in line with the drilling program. The role involves providing technical expertise, ensuring HSE compliance, and preparing necessary documentation.

The ideal candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in petroleum or mechanical engineering and have at least 15 years of experience in drilling operations, with a minimum of 10 years in a supervisory role.
