Job Description

• Manage end-to-end injury management and claims processes in line with legislative and internal requirements
• Implement early intervention strategies to support optimal claim outcomes
• Facilitate safe, durable, and timely return-to-work programs
• Assess, accept, or deny claims in accordance with SRC Act guidelines
• Coordinate Independent Medical Examinations (IMEs) and review medical reports to determine liability
• Provide expert advice to stakeholders throughout the claims and rehabilitation process
• Maintain accurate and compliant claim records within claims systems
• Engage and manage rehabilitation and treatment providers
