Senior Workday Consultant - Contract

About the Role

As a Workday Senior Functional Consultant, you’ll be the conduit between the client’s business users, stakeholders and the implementation teams. This is a challenging and rewarding role to grow your existing analysis, design, communication, and diplomatic abilities. You’ll be comfortable in front of clients at all levels as you’ll be leading workshops, eliciting requirements, crafting solutions, and articulating Workday concepts.

Our offices are based in Wellington and Auckland, but you can work remotely to achieve work/life balance. The arrangement will be determined by you and your team.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday workstreams for key clients, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, and support activities.
• Lead testing activities, knowledge‑transfer sessions, and user training.
• Be recognized as an expert in your field and demonstrate success in a similar client‑facing role.
