Senior Workday Consultant

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Workday specialist/consultant to join our team. The consultant will be responsible for the system implementation, configuration, and ongoing administration of Workday HCM and support our data, analytics and reporting requirements. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver customised solutions that enhance our HR system.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the implementation and configuration of Workday modules, including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, employee engagement and Learning modules
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements, and translate them into effective customised Workday solutions
