Senior Workforce Planning & Analytics Lead

IntouchCX is seeking a Senior Workforce Manager in Metro Manila, Philippines. In this role, you will direct and manage all activities related to the Workforce department for a line of business. Responsibilities include capacity planning, resource management, and sustaining effective relationships with partners.
