Senior Workshop Lead – Diesel & Agricultural Equipment

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Trade tested diesel mechanic or equivalent qualification
• At least 5 years of mechanical experience on a large-scale commercial operation
• Thorough knowledge of Agricultural mechanics
• Solid background in mechanical electrics and basic understanding of construction
• Computer Literate
• Must be honest, reliable and hardworking
• Strong management & organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Ability to motivate a team
• Valid Driver’s license
• Valid passport
