Candidates should have a degree in Mechanical or Marine Engineering and at least 5 years of relevant experience, particularly in yacht systems design. Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD is essential, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. This is a permanent on-site role with competitive compensation ranging from R40 000 to R70 000 per month.
