Senior/Assistant Director (Industry Ecosystem), Sector Policy and Planning

You will work closely with our statutory boards and across Government to design and implement policies and strategies to enhance Singapore’s industry ecosystem, attract new investments, and ensure that the fruits of economic growth benefits all Singaporeans.

• Design and implement policies and strategies to enhance our economic competitiveness and value proposition to investors
• Review and develop a suite of incentive products (grants, tax incentives, loans, equity, and hybrid instruments) that are aligned with Singapore’s economic strategies, generate strong outcomes and offer taxpayers value‑for‑money
• Assess tax incentive applications/amendments that require Ministry approval
• Review the performance of individual sectors, identify opportunities for restructuring, and foster the growth of nascent sectors
