Senior/Assistant Manager, Restructuring & Insolvency

Descriptions

• Plan, write and prepare comprehensive business reports and research papers.
• Be able to interact and make presentations to directors and senior management.
• Lead and supervise a myriad of Corporate Insolvency and Restructuring engagements covering liquidation, receivership, and corporate rescue mechanisms.

Requirements

• Preferably a degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting or an equivalent professional qualification in Accounting.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a grasp of economic indicators.
• At least 4 years of working experience in the related field.
• A dedicated, resourceful, analytical and results‑orientated team player.
• Ability to work well independently and under pressure with attention to detail.
• Good problem‑solving abilities.
