Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 emergency support and standby service to customers.
- Deliver after-sales support, site recovery, and maintenance for distributors and end users.
- Handle installation, commissioning, and on-site training per project scope.
- Prepare structured service reports for customers.
- Investigate product issues and customer complaints.
- Identify root causes and recommend solutions.
- Assess warranty claims and determine repair scope.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure issue resolution.
- Develop and update service training materials and documents.
- Train distributors and dealers on service and troubleshooting to ensure high support standards.
- Diploma or degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
- Willing to travel within Asia Pacific and Southeast Asia.
