Senior/Lead, Supplier Compliance and Sustainability

Overview

The Senior/Lead Specialist, Supplier Compliance & Sustainability is responsible for ensuring supplier alignment with Coherent’s Supplier Code of Conduct and Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) standards. The role oversees RBA audit programs, Responsible Minerals sourcing compliance, and sustainability initiatives including GHG reduction and supply chain transparency.

Responsibilities

• Supplier RBA-criteria Assessment & Improvements: Develop and implement RBA audit plans for suppliers, communicating Coherent’s Supplier Code of Conduct and standards.
• Analyze audit findings, prepare detailed reports, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Track corrective actions, verify closure, and support supplier improvement through training and best practice sharing.
• Responsible Minerals: Oversee collection, validation, and submission of CMRT, EMRT, and AMRT reports.
