Role Overview

A child‑centred company committed to reimagining the world of support for vulnerable young people. Support pupils and students, ranging from KS1 to KS5, referred by local authorities and schools, by planning and delivering flexible, trauma‑informed tutoring and mentoring. You will work with Schools and Local Authorities in your area as a Core Subject (Maths, English, or Science) SEND Tutor / Teacher to transform the lives of young people with SEND and SEMH needs.

Responsibilities

• CPD and employee mentoring via the TES CPD suite and professional mentor access
• Working within a SEND Support Team to keep a team around you and the child
• Community and Company Events: knowledge sharing and resources
• Referral Programme: receive rewards for successful tutor referrals
