You’ll lead a small team of junior lawyers while continuing to handle serious and catastrophic injury cases yourself. The work is high‑value, often complex, and genuinely impactful, the kind of cases where your input matters from day one through to resolution.
Early on, the focus is on getting embedded with the team and understanding how they operate. You’ll quickly become the go‑to for technical queries, case strategy and day‑to‑day guidance, while still progressing your own multi‑track caseload.
