Job Description
A server at Virtue has passion, desire and ability to deliver genuine hospitality with technical service perfection. This standard includes 100% satisfaction of our guest, an expert level of knowledge on company culture and goals, the steps of service, and all aspects of wine, spirit, beer, and food as applicable to the restaurant, as well as restaurant upkeep and maintenance.
Position Requirements:
- Must have at least 2 years serving experience in upscale restaurant
- Strong wine knowledge is preferred
- Must possess a courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor and the ability to build strong relationships
- Must have the ability to work autonomously within a team environment
- Must have the ability to greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner and feel comfortable describing the menu for food, cocktails, and wine.
- Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant
