About the role
We’re seeking a Server Engineer to join our team in Darwin on a permanent basis to maintain and monitor business infrastructure and systems. Key responsibilities will include but are not limited too; Service Requests, Severity 2 and 3 Incidents and Incident response times to name a few.
Skills & Experience
- Hands-on technical experience with both Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good working knowledge of NTFS security in an enterprise environment and migrations of large data sets
- Extensive experience with Group Policy including Windows Desktop lockdowns, drive mappings and preference items
- Understanding IT Service Management concepts
- Ability to apply ITIL v3 Foundation concepts within the workplace
- Sound knowledge of multi-forest Active Directories
