Service Account Manager

Dubai, United Arab Emirates | Full time | Hybrid

Responsibilities
  • Efficiently manage day-to-day escalations pertaining to claims, endorsements, pre-approvals and other client inquiries.
  • Communicate effectively with clients using their preferred style, employing careful listening, questioning, and critical thinking.
  • Handle grievance and complaints management, proactively collaborating with key stakeholders to devise resolutions.
  • Consistently support Strategic Account Managers in account retention and renewal cycles.
  • Ensure TAT adherence across the operations team (endorsements, claims, pre-approvals, etc.).
  • Conduct Bayzat platform and employee benefits training and drive utilization among clients.
