Service Advisor – Fourways A leading multi-franchise automotive dealership in the Fourways area is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join their dynamic aftersales team. The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between customers and the workshop, ensuring exceptional customer service while coordinating vehicle repairs and maintenance efficiently. • Welcome customers and accurately assess vehicle service and repair requirements.
• Book vehicles into the workshop and prepare job cards.
• Explain service recommendations, repair requirements, and associated costs to customers.
• Maintain regular communication with customers regarding vehicle progress and completion times.
