Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain high service levels, coordinating service partners.
- Scheduling of New Calls and screening of completed service calls daily.
- Daily feedback for dealer query reports.
- Debriefing of service partners, agents and Staff techs.
- Release service calls from hold when parts are issued.
- Support techs to achieve the NPS, 2 Day rate, 10 day rate and First time fix rate.
- On Sirius System run daily status report on all ASCs.
- Call customers to improve NPS rate for the branch.
- Processing of exchange to Product exchange status.
- Coordinate deliveries of service exchanges.
- Run technician stock list for audit.
- Coordinate Service calls for parts required.
- Support in counting of SCR stock and processing of SCR invoices .
- Support during year-end stock counts.
