Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain high service levels, coordinating service partners.
  • Scheduling of New Calls and screening of completed service calls daily.
  • Daily feedback for dealer query reports.
  • Debriefing of service partners, agents and Staff techs.
  • Release service calls from hold when parts are issued.
  • Support techs to achieve the NPS, 2 Day rate, 10 day rate and First time fix rate.
  • On Sirius System run daily status report on all ASCs.
  • Call customers to improve NPS rate for the branch.
  • Processing of exchange to Product exchange status.
  • Coordinate deliveries of service exchanges.
  • Run technician stock list for audit.
  • Coordinate Service calls for parts required.
  • Support in counting of SCR stock and processing of SCR invoices .
  • Support during year-end stock counts.
