Job Description

**This is a 6 month parental leave replacement position.


The Role

An opportunity exists for a driven and customer focused applicant to join our Equipment team. Reporting to the National Service Manager, Equipment, this role will be primarily responsible for incoming service request calls, parts interpretation, work order scheduling, low level product technical assistance and customer feedback.


Responsibilities

Your duties in the role will be:
+ Receive incoming calls from across all Toro Service sites
+ Parts interpretation, quoting and work order creation for all Service requests
+ Providing updates and communication to end users based on status of work orders
+ Liaising with Service Managers to understand daily workload and operating pressures
+ Entering/Updating customer and product data in ServiceMax
+ Performing additional administration duties when required
