Responsibilities

• Assist all customers (in-person and over the phone) with service requirements ensuring optimum customer service.
• Respond to customers’ inquiries in a timely and accurate manner according to dealership policy.
• Schedule service appointments.
• Obtain customer and vehicle data prior to arrival when possible.
• Create and open work orders for new customers and service; close orders as appropriate.
• Invoice work orders and accept payments from customers; submit reports and receipts to accounting.
• Provide quotes or estimates to customers regarding service needed.
