Service Center Representative

As a Dispatch Service Coordinator, you will be a part of a key team in our corporate headquarters located in Garden City, NY. You will be responsible for providing TRITECH Quality support to our clients as well as your team members on the Service Team. You will coordinator service orders, jobs, and repairs with white glove service. The ideal person in this role will have experience with ticketing systems, sales orders, scheduling, and mathematical skills to be able to provide cost estimates.
