Maintains patient medical records in Hospice. Ensures accurate and timely filing into processing patient medical assistant. Enters data into the Hospice computer system.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
+ Programs phone to Answering Service at end of workday.
+ Answers department telephones, relays messages clearly, and responds to inquiries in a timely and appropriate manner.
