Job Summary:
The Service Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the well-being of our residents by identifying their needs and coordinating appropriate services. This position involves building relationships with community service providers, developing health and wellness programs, and advocating for residents. There is an immediate opening for a part-time, 20 hours a week Social Service Coordinator at Westover Manor, a 39 unit-older adult residential community located in Cedar Rapids, IA. 

Key Responsibilities:
Resident Assessment: Evaluate residents' needs to identify services that can enhance their quality of life and promote independence.
