About The Role – Service Coordinator

We have a great opportunity for a Service Coordinator in our Gateway Service in Bury. The service provides supported housing and an outcome‑based, personalised support service for people with complex and chaotic behaviours, leading to recovery, re‑skilling and move on into independent accommodation.

The main purpose of the Service Coordinator role is to provide intensive tenancy‑related support to clients, enabling them to manage and sustain their accommodation, reduce the risk of reoffending and aid them to live independently in the community. You will help service users develop the skills needed to move on into independent living/permanent housing via a person‑centred support package that is tailor‑made to suit everyone accessing the service.
