Your responsibilities include reviewing electronic orders and changes that come in overnight and communicating them internally if necessary. You will also collaborate with the internal team during new launches to understand quotes, lead times, and quoted capacities, managing these in the portals. Acting as a liaison, you will communicate with customers regarding adjustments to their requests, ensuring clarity and feasibility of supply.
