Scale-Link Automation, Inc. is urgently hiring the Service Coordinator
- Coordinate with Sales Team with regards to their request schedule
- Coordinate to technician and customer about their schedule
- Prepare documents needed by technician for field schedule such as Service Report, Draft Certificate, Calibration sticker, Warranty Certificate, Completion report, etc.
- Monitor delivery of Certificate of Calibration
- Attend on-site schedule for meeting or to monitor the work of field service technician if needed
