Service Crew (F&B) (FT/PT)

Provide high-quality customer service to ensure a positive customer experience.

Operate cashiering functions and handle transactions using the POS system.

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and overall store presentation standards.

Serve food and beverages to customers and prepare drinks according to company standards.

Engage proactively with customers to build rapport and encourage customer loyalty.

Promote and upsell menu items, promotions, and special offers.

Perform area cleaning duties and ensure workstations remain clean and organized.
