About The Role
Our Service Delivery team is the part of the business where you can influence internally within our delivery teams and work closely with customers to meet their business requirements. As a Service Delivery Coordinator , you will play a key part in ensuring all contracted services are delivered to clients in accordance with contracts. You will be the single point of contact for customers regarding the provision of contracted services and align customer requirements and expectations with Datacom's service levels.
This is a dedicated, full‑time role supporting one of our Tier1 customers. It is Auckland‑based only and cannot be worked remotely full‑time due to client requirements. The role follows a hybrid working model.
