We’re looking for a Service Delivery Engineer who’s both technically strong and great with people. You’ll be supporting a global user base, so patience, clear communication, and problem-solving skills are key.

Responsibilities

We’re seeking a service delivery professional who can support a global user base and collaborate across teams and time zones to resolve issues and improve service levels.

What you’ll bring

• Solid understanding of (or the ability to quickly learn):
• SQL Server and writing T-SQL queries/scripts
• Basic PowerShell scripting
• Excel (formulas, data handling, and troubleshooting)
• Help desk operations and end-user support
• A calm, professional attitude and the ability to communicate effectively across teams and time zones
