Key Responsibilities:
• Design and document Simplex service configurations
• Maintain accurate records in Patch Manager and JIRA
• Review ISP port capacity for project alignment
• Create and deliver field instructions for ISP connectivity
• Assist in special initiatives and site visits when necessary
