Job Description:

  • Knowledge and troubleshooting skills in Windows and Microsoft Office 365
  • Experience with Service Desk management tools such as ServiceNow, Workspace One, JAMF, Intune

Desired Skills:

  • Good communication and customer interaction skills
  • Provide technical support to meet end users’ satisfaction
  • Monitor and respond rapidly and effectively to requirements from users through the IT Service Desk
  • Monitor Service Desk ticket assignment and prioritize based on impact
