About this role
Mō tēnei tūranga Service Desk Analyst: We are looking for an IT savvy customer service superstar to join our Wellington-based team and provide hands‑on IT Service Desk support across a wide range of business technologies. You’ll support internal customers with mobile devices (Android and Apple), remote access, Microsoft applications, desktop and application support, printing, internet, hardware troubleshooting, user security, and onsite assistance when needed.
Key responsibilities
- Support continuous improvement of service delivery and incident management.
- Act as the first point of contact for complex incidents, service requests, and problems.
- Triage and resolve issues across phone, portal, and walk‑ups, escalating when needed.
- Monitor incident trends and appropriately escalated recurring or major issues.
- Manage user access provisioning and deprovisioning, ensuring compliance with access policies.
