Job Description

As a Service Desk Analyst you will provide daily technical support to employees for a range of hardware and software related systems.
You will respond to and diagnoses problems through discussion with users, which includes troubleshooting, fault rectification and problem escalation.
You will also provide resolution of users' problems, queries or complaints, support hardware and software evaluation and recommends upgrades or improvements to IT infrastructure.
You will report to the Service Desk manager in charge.
**Main Responsibilities.

- Provide support to end-users on a variety of issues.
Resolve technical problems.
- Troubleshoot a range of user problems including PC hardware/software/LAN and voice network.
