A growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) in Northeast Wisconsin is seeking a Level 2 IT Support Technician to join its team. This role offers a blend of help desk and field work, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and direct client interaction rather than a fully desk-bound position.
You’ll support a diverse client base across multiple industries, requiring adaptability, technical curiosity, and strong communication skills. This role is primarily onsite, with occasional remote flexibility.
What You’ll Do
Help Desk Support (60–70%)
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client IT issues via phone, email, and ticketing system
• Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 1–2 issues (Active Directory, O365, endpoints, printers, connectivity)
• Provision and configure user accounts, laptops, and desktops
• Document work clearly in PSA/ticketing tools
• Escalate complex issues as needed while maintaining ownership of the client experience
