Job Brief
The scope of work for a Service Engineer involves installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment, troubleshooting issues, ensuring efficiency, and compliance with safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement a regular and timely preventive maintenance plan in accordance with Health Authority and Quality Control policies and regulations, ensuring that all machines undergo scheduled preventive maintenance.
- Machine Installation: Install all products trained on, arrange pre‑installation requirements for free commitment or local supply of instruments ordered, and ensure proper installation of machines to prevent any customer issues.
- Machine Breakdowns: Perform timely corrective actions in response to breakdown calls and coordinate the prompt delivery of received spare parts.
